Booking and Confirmation
Appointments can be made online, via message, or by phone call. By confirming your appointment, you agree to these terms.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 48 hours before the procedure. If the cancellation is made later, the deposit is non-refundable. If the client does not show up without prior notice, the full price of the procedure will be charged. You are booking not only the procedure but also the time reserved especially for you. If you do not show up, this time cannot be used for another client.
Payment
Payment is possible in cash, via Tikkie, or bank transfer. A deposit may be required for new clients.
Guarantee and Liability
A 5-day guarantee is provided for the nail coating. The guarantee does not apply in cases of mechanical damage, exposure to household chemicals without gloves, improper care, or nail diseases.
Hygiene and Safety
We only work with clean hands and healthy nails. In case of infectious or fungal diseases, the service may be refused.
Refusal of Service
The master has the right to refuse service if the client is more than 15 minutes late, behaves aggressively, or if there is any health risk.
Privacy
Clients’ personal data is stored in accordance with EU legislation (GDPR) and is not shared with third parties.
